alhamdulillah i manage to fully breastfeed khalila since she was born till now (11 months old tomorrow), insya allah for one more year.
i don't have much challenge in the beginning except engorged and whatnot , pheww thank god.
i was given like tonnes of strength to overcome the pain. the wound is like fuhhh something that i never imagine before but well i managed to continue, clap clap ,alhamdulillah
but the problem keep on coming every month until the GP doctor want to refer me to the surgeon, and i refused, so i have to take antibiotics again and that time is ramadhan, so sad, 5 days off fasting, it is like threatening me whether you take the meds or surgeon, huhu and alhamdulillah there was no abscess cos the lump disappeared.
and today i did it again, i don't know what i did tho, huuu, engorged like hell yesterday, was crying like mad when i bfeed her, i have to... because she is the best pump ever, and today i continue my meds and pump while taking care of the brother.
and today i did some discussion with the GP doctor abt the problem , from my observation seems like only one duct that is blocked every time, 100% confirmed, dunno what to do, outside looks so fine except the wound , suspected blocked inside but the flow is fine too but slower than usual. hurmm said she will refer to the gynae next time for a scan.
owh we have name for this problem - Masitis.
i know that i will not give up but afraid problem will become serious next time huhu.
